„Cookie” („süti”) szabályzat
A jelen szabályzat (a továbbiakban: „Szabályzat”) meghatározza a „cookie”-k fogalmát és azok típusait, amelyeket a drhekman.hu webhelyen használ a Hekman Ügyvédi Iroda (a továbbiakban: „Iroda”) vagy használhatunk, valamint azok céljait és élettartamát (vagyis, hogy milyen sokáig marad egy „cookie” az Ön eszközén).
1. A „cookie”-k („sütik”) fogalma
A cookie-k olyan fájlok, információdarabok, amelyek a számítógépén tárolódnak (vagy más internet képes eszközökön, pl. okostelefonon vagy táblagépen), amikor Ön meglátogatja a drhekman.hu webhelyet. Egy cookie tipikusan tartalmazza a webhely nevét, ahonnan a cookie jött, a cookie „élettartamát” (vagyis, hogy milyen hosszan marad az eszközén) és az értékét, ami általában egy véletlenszerűen generált egyedi szám.
2. A „cookie”-k célja
A cookie-kat célja, hogy a drhekman.hu webhelyet megfelelően lehessen használni. Hangsúlyozandó, hogy a sütiken keresztül kapott információkból nem tudja az Iroda az Ön személyét azonosítani.
3. A használt „cookie”-k típusai
A www.drhekman.hu webhelyen „session cookie”-kat használ az Iroda, amelyek nem „állandó cookie”-k. Ezen cookie-kat az alábbi célokból használja az Iroda:
(i) a „CSRF/XSRF-TOKEN” sütit az oldalon levő különböző űrlapok esetén használja az Iroda és az ún. „Cross-Site Request Forgery” elleni védekezéshez szükséges. Ezen süti használatának célja az, hogy más ne tudjon a felhasználó nevében űrlapot beküldeni. A süti a webhely elhagyását követő 2 órán belül törlődik az Ön gépéről.
(ii) a „laravel_session” sütik a holnap által használt „Laravel” keretrendszer session cookie-jai. Ezek személyes adatot nem tárolnak, csupán egy egyedi munkamenet azonosítót tartalmaznak, amely a weboldal működéséhez szükséges. A süti a webhely elhagyását követő 2 órán belül törlődik az Ön gépéről.
4. A cookiek kikapcsolása
A legtöbb internet böngésző kezdetben arra van beállítva, hogy elfogadja a cookie-kat. Megváltoztathatja a beállításokat úgy, hogy blokkolja a cookie-kat, illetve figyelmeztetést kérhet, amikor cookie-kat állítanak be az eszközén. Számos módja van a cookie-k kezelésének. Kérjük, hogy nézze meg a böngésző információkat vagy a segítség oldalt, ha többet kíván megtudni a böngésző beállításokról és azok módosításáról.
Ha különböző eszközöket használ a drhekman.hu webhely megtekintésére és elérésére (pl. számítógép, okostelefon, táblagép, stb.) győződjön meg róla, hogy minden egyes böngésző azokon az eszközökön az Ön cookie igényeinek megfelelően van beállítva.

5. Hozzájárulás
A drhekman.hu webhely használatával Ön hozzájárulását adja ahhoz, hogy cookie-kat használjunk a fentieknek megfelelően. Ha nem ért egyet a cookie-k fentiek szerinti használatával, kérjük, böngészőjét ennek megfelelően állítsa be, vagy ne használja a drhekman.hu webhelyet.

The present policy (hereinafter referred to as “Policy”) determines the definition of cookies and different types of them, which are used or may be used on the website www.drhekman.hu, and the purposes and duration of such cookies (that is how long the cookies remain on your device).
1. Definition of cookies
Cookies are files, information pieces, which are stored on your computer (or on other Interned-enabled devices such as smartphone or tablet), when you visit the website www.drhekman.hu. The cookie usually contains the name of the website where the cookie comes from and the duration of the cookie (which means the period it stays on your device) and the value of it, which is usually a randomly generated individual number.
2. The purpose of the cookies
We purpose of the cookies is to make sure that the website www.drhekman.hu can be properly used. It must be highlighted that based on the information gained through the cookies your personality cannot be identified.
3. Types of cookies that are used
The Firm uses „session cookies” at the website www.drhekman.hu, which are not „permanent cookies”. We use such cookies for the below purposes:
(i) „CSRF/XSRF-TOKEN” cookie: the Firm uses this kind of cookie in regard of the different forms on the website and this cookie is required for the purposes of protection against the so-called „Cross-Site Request Forgery”. The purpose of this cookie is to make sure that no person other than the user can submit forms to us. The cookie is deleted from your computer 2 hours after leaving the webpage.
(ii) „laravel_session” cookies are the session cookies of the „Laravel” framework. Such cookies do not store personal data but only contain a unique work session identifier which is necessary for the operation of the website. The cookie is deleted from your computer 2 hours after leaving the webpage.
4. Turning off cookies
Most of the web browsers are programmed at the beginning to accept cookies. You can change the settings to block cookies, and you can ask for notifications, when cookies are set up on your device. There are several ways of managing cookies. Please kindly see the browser information or the help page if you would like to know more about the settings of the browser and how to change them.
